Episode 1
A desperate mum who can barely even look at or touch vegetables longs to overcome her anxieties around food so she can start eating meals with her family. And a 33-year-old teacher whose 80-bag-a-week crisp addiction is putting him on course for multiple health issues. He's already experiencing panic attacks and his girlfriend fears he's heading for a heart attack.

Episode 2
Tonight's episode features a mum of two whose restrictive diet of chips has resulted in a type 2 diabetes diagnosis, and an air stewardess, whose fear of onions and garlic is stopping her living life to the full.
Carolyn, a mum of two, has battled all her life with a restrictive diet of mainly chips. Fruit, meat and fish bring her out in a cold sweat, but as a result, she's lacking the essential nutrients her body needs, resulting in a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis. At just 39, she's already showing worrying signs of numbness in her legs and feet and she's terrified of not being around long enough to see her two children grow up. She's determined to be a better role model to her children, so they can all share the same meal together.

Episode 3
34-year-old Christian is desperate for help to try and overcome his extreme aversion to healthy food. Having always struggled to control his weight in the past and a childhood injury left one foot weakened, he had a gastric bypass when his weight ballooned to 34 stone and was told he was in danger of having his foot amputated.
Also visiting the hub is single mum Rebekah, who spends her days snacking on chocolate, crisps and energy drinks rather than eating proper meals.

Episode 4
Electrician Paul's ambition is to eat a full English breakfast with his dad, but he's never eaten meat in his life – in fact, all he's ever eaten is branded tinned food like baked beans - he even has beans on toast for his Christmas dinner.
Meanwhile, 24-year-old crisp addict Jade lives on up to 100 bags a week and cannot stomach anything with a soft texture. Her food fear is so deep-rooted it's knocking her confidence, but she's terrified of trying anything new.

Episode 5
Dr Ranj meets a chef who can't stomach his own food and a stay-at-home Mum who doesn't want to pass down her food habits to her child.

Episode 6
Tonight's episode features an 18-year-old who lives on up to 100 crispy chicken nuggets a week due to a crippling fear of food textures, and a mum whose concerned her fruit and veg phobia is having a negative impact on her 7-year-old son.

Episode 7
Tonight's episode features a 34-year-old woman whose restrictive diet of mostly chip butties is putting her health at serious risk, and a street food Chef who so terrified of most foods he can't even taste his own dishes.

Episode 8
Tonight's episode features a barbecue-nut who can't bear the sight of avocados and an equestrian coach whose diet is preventing her from going on dates.?

Episode 9
Featuring a groom-to-be, who can't eat the same food as his guests at his own wedding, preferring a plate of chicken nuggets, and a 21-year-old whose chip addiction means her body is so vitamin deficient, she's putting her health in real danger.

Episode 10
The final episode of the series features a 23-year-old woman whose restrictive diet of mostly beige food is putting her health at serious risk, and a Sports Science student whose food phobias are jeopardising his active lifestyle.
