The Finals: Starters
It's national finals week on Great British Menu, where the winners from the regional heats compete to cook a course at a spectacular Parisian banquet to celebrate the Olympics and Paralympics and wish Team GB good luck on their journey to the Paris games this summer.
Each episode will see the eight rivals compete over a different course, from starter through to dessert, where they will be marked out of ten by an expert judging panel which, each episode, will feature a different Olympian or Paralympian guest judge.
In the first episode, Ellie Simmonds OBE, Team GB's second-youngest Paralympian ever and holder of gold, silver and bronze medals, joins Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, restaurateur Nisha Katona and food podcaster and comedian Ed Gamble on the judging panel. They're tasked with picking a winner from eight vegan starter courses, which are all inspired by the Olympics and Paralympics. The rivals pull out all the stops, with dishes that are as varied in their choice of inspiration as they are in their style of cooking.

The Apprentice
The Apprentice sees fourteen candidates, competing against each other for a position at Lord Alan Sugar's company. Each week the candidates take part in a task set by Lord Sugar. Each team will have a Team Leader who managers that group for that task. The team that performs the best will win a reward and avoid the boardroom. The losing team will be summoned to the boardroom where their team leader will be forced to pick two people in their team who we join them in the boardroom and a chance to be fired. After twelve weeks Lord Sugar will be left with his Apprentice, who will work for him at a salary of £100,000. Lord Sugar is very busy so he has Nick and Karen, who act as his eyes and ears, to inform him of what's going on.
Would I Lie to You?
A comedic panel show featuring team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell plus two guests per side, hosted by Rob Brydon (formerly Angus Deayton). Each person must reveal embarrassing facts and outrageous lies during a series of different rounds including "Ring of Truth", "This is My..." and "Quickfire Lies". It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
