It's a flavorful trip around the world on Grill It! Bobby creates one Asian marinade that can be used two ways, plus Grilled Bananas. A special Latin music industry guest shares his authentic Mexican Shrimp Enchiladas.

Pork Chops
Bobby's guest shares her recipe for Pork Steaks with Homemade BBQ Sauce, Texas Style Yukon Gold Potato Frites, and Grilled Chayote. Bobby even makes Bartlett Pear Crips with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips for desserts.

This week's guest is a Berkshire mountain forager and farmer who brings his Grilled Chicken Breast with Foraged Vegetables, Nettle Pesto and Grilled Lightening Tea Farm Flat Bread recipes. Bobby delivers Buffalo Style Grilled Chicken Breasts with blue Cheese Sauce, and a refreshing Jicama and Watermelon Salad.

Sirloin Tip
Our Firefighter guest grills it Hawaiian Style with a Hawaiian Teriyaki Steak. Bobby adds a bit of smokey flavor with Grilled Yukon Gold Potato Salad with Red Pepper Smoked Paprika Mayonnaise, Argentinian Skewers with Sherry Vinegar Steak Sauce and Grilled Scallions.

Flank Steak

This guest may only be 19 but he's got a sophisticated but simple recipe for duck. Bobby then shares his take on Spice Rubbed Duck Breast with a Peach and Goat Cheese Salad.
