Chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez discover Seattle's most dangerous gastronomic experience: the 7-Alarm Chicken Wing Challenge, then go head-to-head to see who can handle the heat. They also visit a vegan Thai restaurant with dishes that bring all comers to their knees, and a local hangout with a Habanero-infused meal called "The Bloody Joe."

It's serious Southwestern Sting as chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez challenge their palates with smokin' hot Santa Fe red and green chili. Then, it's true 'hot' chocolate made with some of the hottest chili peppers out there.
