Las Vegas
With a name like Fire Breathing Dragon - you KNOW there's gonna be heat. Chefs Roger Mooking and Aaron Sanchez face off to see who can handle the hottest sushi roll on the Vegas strip, and somebody's gonna really lose his shirt. Plus, a Mexican chicken dish called "Cry Today, Cry Tomorrow" and Jalapeno drenched Potato Twisters.

San Diego
In San Diego, chefs Aarón Sánchez and Roger Mooking tackle the hottest pepper they've ever tasted. It's a Naga Viper drenched Pork Carnitas challenge, with the loser singing for his food, Mariachi style. Plus, Charger football legend Junior Seau's restaurant for the hottest Ahi Poke in Southern California, and an island fiery favorite, Mango Pepper Shrimp.

Nashville
It's a clash of the Titans in Nashville, TN as chefs Roger Mooking and Aarón Sánchez are joined by Titan's safety Jordan Babineaux for a fiery face-off with Satan's Tongue Hot Chicken. Loser gets an NFL-style cool down. Plus, the Vodka of Doom and comfort food with a fiery twist: Habanero Mac N' Cheese and Diablo Pasta.

Tampa Bay
Chefs Aarón Sánchez and Roger Mooking hit Tampa Bay, FL to battle the Inferno Bowl, a megasoup so dangerous no one has ever finished it. $1,000 is on the line for the winner. Plus, a bloody-hot BLT and Volcano Gator Nuggets drenched in Ghost Pepper mayo.

Kansas City
For chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking, Heat Seekers is a tongue-testing odyssey to discover the most delicious and dangerous spicy food in the country - and figure out why it's so much fun to eat. In each city, they discover the secrets of everything from Mexican to Korean to Indian cuisine then subject themselves to a test of who can handle the heat. What results are either tears of laughter or tears of pain... Usually, it's both.

Washington, D.C.
In Washington D.C., chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking take on a fiery chicken kebab challenge that's so blistering hot, it will force the loser to concede and proclaim the victor the superior Heat Seeker. Plus, spicy Greek gyros drenched in a scorching Harissa sauce, and a spicy spin on the classic D.C. half-smoke.

Atlanta
Atlanta is ready to rumble when chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking compete alongside pro wrestlers in the "Il Diavolo" pizza challenge to see who can stand the heat. Also, a kicked up shrimp and grits and a piping hot Pork Belly Bun with aji coban "sambal."
