Death Hoax
To revive the Hoff's stagnant career Max announces that he has died, which immediately boosts his book and album sales whilst he hides out in Terry's uncle's house in Watford. Ex-wife Crystal arrives from the States, and the Hoff is delighted to hear her say she still loves him, leading to an unwise meeting from which he is extricated by Harriet before the hoax is rumbled.

Rehab
Max (Fergus Craig) checks Hoff into a psychiatric institution to rehabilitate his image and make some money by selling confessional videos. The plan backfires when Hoff falls under the spell of a patient (Alex McQueen) who persuades him to join him on a rooftop to perform astral projection with potentially fatal consequences.

Divorce
Max (Fergus Craig) and Hoff part company but discover life without each other isn't much better. Meanwhile Max woos a young client (Jamie Demetriou) whose hell raising behaviour he can't control, while Hoff gets a big-talking manager (Jessica Hynes) who promises to get him Shakespeare but signs him up to a celebrity cage fighting contest instead.

Wedding
Max books the Hoff to sing at super-fan Patricia Reardon's wedding in Yorkshire - a foreign country to the Hoff and his entourage and the North-South divide is not helped by a snide barman and Patricia's jealous, short-tempered groom Greg. Hostilities are increased when bridesmaid Annabelle accuses Greg of killing her dog and when, next morning, the Hoff is nowhere to be found, his friends fear for his safety - though only with partial cause as it turns out.

Finance
Hoff finally decides to take his career into his own hands and pursue his passion project. He enters a devil's pact with a suave millionaire (Julian Rhind-Tutt) to fund a musical he's trying to get off the ground but when he doesn't like the conditions, he falls out with his entourage. Look out for a cameo from Tulisa Contostavlos.

The Horror
Max (Fergus Craig) finally secures Hoff a much coveted role in a feature film.... But it's a low budget horror film in Romania with a maverick Director (Kevin Eldon) known for pushing actors to breaking point. When a stunt goes wrong the team have to endure the wilderness in an attempt to save Hoff.
