Meanwhile, Ben's ex, Rachel, is moving on with a new boyfriend, while his old high-school friend, David, could be an important investor.

In debt, once again, to Rene, Ben and Cam search uptown and downtown for a manufacturer to help them get their 1970s-style jeans line off the ground. Meanwhile, Ben meets Rachel to discuss the events following a recent gallery opening.

Paper, Denim & Dollars
Ben and Cam find a tailor who's willing to make their jeans sample, but only if they can scrounge up the cash first; Rachel contemplates her future in interior design with Edie after meeting with a college friend who's in the Peace Corps; Rene comes up with an alternate marketing plan for his energy drink.

Dismayed by the prospect of attending a dinner party for Rachel's birthday---with a guest list that includes her current boyfriend---Ben decides to make good on a promise to Kaplan for a night out at an exclusive club.
