In the premiere of this comedy about Brooklyn entrepreneurs hustling their way to prosperity, Ben and Cam need a quick infusion of cash to pay off a loan to Cam's cousin Rene, who just got out of prison. Meanwhile, Ben's ex, Rachel, is moving on with a new boyfriend, while his old high-school friend, David, could be an important investor.

Crisp
In debt, once again, to Rene, Ben and Cam search uptown and downtown for a manufacturer to help them get their 1970s-style jeans line off the ground. Meanwhile, Ben meets Rachel to discuss the events following a recent gallery opening.

Paper, Denim & Dollars
Ben and Cam find a tailor who's willing to make their jeans sample, but only if they can scrounge up the cash first; Rachel contemplates her future in interior design with Edie after meeting with a college friend who's in the Peace Corps; Rene comes up with an alternate marketing plan for his energy drink.

Unhappy Birthday
Dismayed by the prospect of attending a dinner party for Rachel's birthday---with a guest list that includes her current boyfriend---Ben decides to make good on a promise to Kaplan for a night out at an exclusive club.

Big in Japan
Feedback from a Japanese buyer forces Ben and Cam to take another look at their business model; Rene's access to a hidden stash of cash is threatened by a relative's divorce; Rachel's desire to spice up her relationship with Darren gets mixed results.

Good Vintage
Ben and Cam struggle to satisfy a buyer's demand; Rene prepares for a confrontation with an allegedly thieving contractor; a business trip to Connecticut gets personal for Rachel.

Keep on Truck'n
Rene's parole officer wants to see what his client's up to at a meeting with Rasta Monsta's Jamaica-based owner; Rachel is irked by Darren's business proposition to her and Edie; Ben and Cam curtail an obligation to Rene to pick up their shirts from the silk screener.

Never Say Die
In the first-season finale, Cam mulls confronting Rene about a recent theft when it involves his and Ben's product. Meanwhile, Rachel makes a life-changing decision that has a major impact on Ben, Edie and Darren.
