Tom and Marie reminisce about their holidays to the coast in the Glasgow Fair and the Comms room work hard to get the bank holiday passengers to their destinations in time. Tour guide Paul reveals the stations wartime past and passenger Margaret remembers being evacuated from Central in WWII. Duty manager Drew has an unusual health and safety check to complete and we meet Alison, one of ScotRail's few female drivers. The lost property office turns up some curious items left behind by passengers and some mischievous guide dog puppies are in training on the concourse.
