Alison picks the perfect spot for an urban kitchen? a rooftop four stories above the ground. The blank-slate is converted into the ultimate space to cook, entertain, relax and enjoy the city. The roof is covered with ipe wood decking and slate stone and is topped with a pergola with retractable shades. A state-of-the-art grill with stainless cabinetry along with a custom-built ipe clad bar create an area to cook while a dining table and cocktail table give the rooftop a place for entertaining. DIY planters and a DIY bamboo screen provide both privacy and style to finish off the space.
