Mariajo, the BAC hacker, has been tracking a server on the Internet for months that has finally been activated; Someone has connected from Rivas. It turns out to be a minor who has paid 3,000 euros to connect to the live torture of a young woman, but the BAC helplessly watches the torture without being able to arrive in time. Reviewing the images they are able to deduce that it was recorded from a rainy area. The body is found in a river and Buendía locates his identity thanks to a rare genetic anomaly of the victim. Her name is Aisha Bassir. Elena forces Daniel, the detained minor, and gets him to recognize Dimas and Pavel, the hooded executioners, and give them another name, Yarum, the man to whom she paid 3,000 euros to receive the link. Elena orders Orduño and Chesca to investigate the area where she was found.

Marina plays with the child they kidnapped. She tries to distract him, but Dimas takes him away despite the little boy's cries and the complaints of the woman, who knows that he is not yet ready. Buendía searches the press archives from the year 91 and locates the case of three minors who escaped from an orphanage, found dead and without thumbs. Chesca and Elena locate Caracaja, a guy who knows where Kortabarria moves and how he accesses his women's auctions. The team organizes the operation that will be almost suicide for Zárate.

Dimas prepares the boy for his next fight. Meanwhile, Marina heals his hands after the fight, but the boy is thinking about what happened a few years ago, when he let go of his mother's hand. Buendía and Elena analyze the situation after the operation. Reme, the accountant, is detained and they must find out where she kept the money that has not been found after the inspection. Elena decides to question Judge Zamora and the former director of the orphanage, Villacampa, despite the fight she has with Mariajo, who sees it as risky. Elena tries to corner them, but she only succeeds in angering them. However, with Reme, they have better luck. Chesca will infiltrate one of the most complicated operations as a guest in a bullring box.

Commissioner Rentero decides to arrest Elena, but when he discovers that they have Chesca and that Lucas, the inspector's son, is alive and in the network, he lets him go. Buendía and Zárate locate a mass grave on the farm with corpses without thumbs; some have been dead for decades. Chesca tries to undermine Lucas by remembering his mother, but Dimas enters and, without saying a word, rips off his thumb. Mariajo explains to Orduño that someone is ratting them out and, due to the area of the call, it could be someone close to him or Zárate. He tries to locate Zárate, but he has gone to get drugs and ends up in the hands of El Capi, who gives him what he is looking for and a cell phone to keep him under control.

Dimas manages to annul Lucas's fragility, in shock, taking him to meet The Mother, who marks him with an iron seal that identifies the cursed heirs, baptizes him with the name of Cain and assures him that his only mother is she. For her part, Elena and Orduño try to extract information from Marina, but it is impossible. They pressure her, but the only thing she manages to stammer is that she has always lived locked up, and she recognizes that she participated with Dimas in Lucas's kidnapping. Mariajo negotiates with Rentero to support the operation, but he does not agree. At the BAC they organize the operation in order to put an end to the spearhead of the network and save Chesca.

The face to face between Lucas and Elena is a reality. Elena tries to make him remember who she is, but Lucas has no mercy. Elena's colleagues try to find her whereabouts.
