Washington, DC

Jordan Andino travels to Washington, DC, for a truly capital late-night experience. He's starting off on Capital Hill where he sinks his teeth into a cheesy pimento burger at EatBar -- a gastropub on Barracks Row where staffers love to unwind after a long day's work. Next, it's off to Blagden Alley to sample Tiger Fork's Cantonese delights including their Hong-Kong-style bubble waffle sundae. Jordan finishes his night at The Passenger -- a dive bar serving up gourmet eats to a late-night crowd of chefs and savvy diners -- where he dives into their most infamous sandwich made with the crispiest, crunchiest porchetta he's ever eaten.
