Home Inspected
A social worker evaluates Cate and Baze and inspects their homes. Meanwhile, Lux's friends express skepticism about her newfound parents and ask her to return to her old life; and Cate's bosses pressure her to deny that she has a child on her radio show.

Rent Uncollected
Baze's parents insist on meeting their granddaughter, so they host a family dinner and also invite Cate's family. Meanwhile, safety issues at Lux's school cause a fearful Cate to transfer Lux to her old alma mater---before consulting Lux on this matter.

Bong Intercepted
Lux gets suspended, so Cate goes to bat for her and speaks with her principal. However, Cate's interference does more harm than good. Meanwhile, Baze is hurt when Cate and Ryan book a radio-station event at a rival bar near his establishment.

Turtle Undefeated
Lux tries to make new friends at school by hosting a party at Baze's loft. Meanwhile, Cate grows concerned that she and Lux will never form the easygoing bond that Lux has with Baze.

Truth Unrevealed
Despite Cate and Ryan's protests, their bosses want Baze to join them on the air to rehash their situation. Elsewhere, Lux does her best to get Jones to drop the charges against Bug.

Baze and Ryan face off in a radio-station contest. Meanwhile, Lux helps Tasha locate her mother when Tasha discovers she may have to relocate to a faraway new foster home; Cate weighs the consequences of giving Ryan full disclosure about her and Baze.

Cate and Ryan pose as a happy couple as they host a wedding expo. Meanwhile, Baze recruits Jones to perk up a depressed Lux, and they wind up going out on a date.

Baze jumps to conclusions after finding a condom in Lux's room, so he surprises her and Jones at the winter formal they're attending. Meanwhile, Cate serves as chaperone at the dance, and she's unprepared for the flood of bad memories that hit her.

Lux, Cate and Baze are on their best behavior in front of a social worker reevaluating Lux's custody situation. Meanwhile, Cate tries to win points with Lux by getting Bug a job at the radio station.

Lux opens up to Ryan about her childhood in foster care when severe weather strands them together at the radio station. Meanwhile, the storm causes Cate and her sister to be trapped with Baze at his bar, along with Math and Jamie.

Cate, Lux and Baze go on a road trip to track down Cate's long-absent father. Meanwhile, Bug tries to fix the damage his so-called friends did to Baze's bar.
