Kirstie meets Candice and Alistair, who are looking to move out of Alistair's bachelor pad and into a family home as they are expecting the arrival of their first baby. Meanwhile, Phil is in the countryside between Swindon and Newbury where he meets James and Hayley, who are looking for a rural retreat for themselves and their two dogs.

West Midlands

Kirstie searches for properties in a family friendly suburb in Birmingham for Emma and Paul, while Phil heads to Solihull with Kate and Dan, who moved up from London 18 months ago to be closer to family and to find a long-term home.
