Con and Rita are a professional Greek couple living in the eclectic Melbourne suburb of Preston. Con thinks it's time to create some new happy memories elsewhere but Rita wants to stay.

Corinda, QLD
Georgia and John and their three small kids are feeling cramped in their current home. Georgia is tired of the impractical layout of their house and wants to replace the pool with a sizeable backyard. John thinks by increasing the floor plan of their Queenslander the solution is underneath their current living space.

Yarrawarrah, NSW
Former NRL star Isaac De Gois and wife Renee are at a crossroads with their little house. Isaac is convinced it's time to move to a bigger house but Renee thinks with some adjustments their current home will suit their needs.

Tracey and Antony bought their 4 bed detached home 10 years ago; Tracey likes gardening and taking in the beautiful view from the front of the property, but Antony loves all things new and is ready for change.

Nat & Tim are school teachers living in a modest home in Picnic Point. It is obvious how much in love they are with each other, only not so much with their home; Tim is ready to leave but can Andrew convince Nat as well?

Ange and Sonia bought their home in a rush and now Ange is suffering buyers remorse, while Sonia loves their home. Neale must turn Ange's negative feelings around, while Andrew has to convince Sonia to move.

Time poor professionals Tom and Erin know it's time to make a decision on their current Queenslander. Erin loves it and wants to stay, but Tom thinks their perfect home is a sale away.

Newport, NSW
Vicki and Mark live on the upper level of their home with their two daughters. Grandpa Alex, Mark's father, lives downstairs. For Vicki, the house is falling apart and she wants out. Mark thinks otherwise.

Ashmore, QLD
Empty nesters Craig & Belinda are at loggerheads over their four bedroom suburban Ashmore home. After years of moving around with the Army, Belinda wants to stay settled while Craig, wants to embrace a new beachy lifestyle.

Sandringham, VIC
Project manager Jackie has employed Mr Winter to find her family a new, modern, open plan home in bayside Melbourne. Husband Peter believes Neale is the answer to their issues and hopes his wife will soon change her mind.
