The choice of Rosa not to marry Carmine and his return in IPM creates bewilderment and disappointment. For Rosa it was not a simple decision and the only one who seems to understand is Carmela. At the IPM come three new prisoners: Samuele and Federico, from the North, and Simone, from the Neapolitan province. The commander makes a meeting that arouses his curiosity.

While the truth about Edoardo is revealed, Carmela tries to keep up appearances and Teresa, unaware, tries to contact the boy. Milos yearns for Cucciolo and Silvia provokes Angelo. Mimmo tries to overcome his fears and make the right choice. Two new inmates arrive: Marta and Sonia. The boys from the North start an illegal activity.

Thanks to Carmela, the clan grows, causing quite a bit of concern for Donna Wanda. Teresa is still looking for Edoardo, while Tommaso, a wealthy boy driven by fierce hatred, arrives at IPM. The tension increases due to the Milanese drug ring and culminates in a violent brawl. Cucciolo reconnects with his brother and opens up to Milos. Lino tries to support Silvia.

Tommaso confronts Rosa, revealing his tragic past. Cardiotrap receives good news but risks ruining everything. Carmela struggles to lead the clan and Donna Wanda understands her game. Massimo makes a proposal to Micciarella, while Simone takes advantage of a showdown between inmates.

Lino tries to find out the truth about Angelo but he clashes with Irene, his sister. Carmela continues to work for the Ricci trying to stop Teresa. An old nightmare torments Micciarella while Cardio's project risks being shattered due to a spiral of violence unleashed by Samuele and Federico.

Despite being confined in isolation, Samuele and Federico continue to exert their influence. Rosa faces a painful moment and a truth that someone tried to bury reemerges. A mysterious girl wanders through the alleys of Naples.

Rosa and Sofia deal with the consequences of the past that returns. Cardio, with the help of Alina, Pino and Beppe, tries a plan to resolve a difficult situation. Micciarella is in crisis and Massimo tries to help him. Teresa's fate is uncertain and Angelo makes a discovery, while Rosa proposes an alliance to an unexpected person.

As the past of one of the new arrivals is revealed, the Nordics continue their activities. Sofia is forced to bring a person to IPM who is close to the Nordics. Milos receives an unexpected visitor and Dobermann slips further into the abyss. A discovery turns the IPM upside down and Rosa decides to face her past.

Rosa is shocked and Massimo also seeks explanations. The Nordics come up with a plan while Carmela is filled with the desire for revenge. Beppe helps Dobermann and Cucciolo, after collecting the reward for his work in the clan, receives an order from Carmela. The boy must deal with his choices but something unexpected happens in IPM.

While Cucciolo makes a decision, Carmela does not give up on her goals and Donna Wanda continues to command the clan from prison. Massimo tries to talk to Rosa, Cardio gives up but finds help from Pino and Alina. A person close to Sofia crosses a limit without being stopped.

Cucciolo and all the boys are shocked. Rosa feels lost and Massimo tries to help her. Silvia gets close to an unexpected person while Sofia has to face the consequences of a serious action. Cardio finds new courage and Dobermann falls into a trap. After receiving information from Carmela, Rosa's beliefs change.

Rosa is shocked by the discovery and lets go of a part of herself to embrace a new one while Donna Wanda has not taken into account the plans of her opponents. Cucciolo and Micciarella receive bad news and Dobermann makes a courageous choice. A revelation from Micciarella overwhelms the IPM.
