Drama series about a group of women from Lithuania and Russia who are taken to Belgium by a gang involved in the sex trade to work as sex slaves. The series starts in Lithuania, where the girls are chosen and where they have to sign a contract in Greek, which they cannot understand. The gang, under the lead of Ray Van Mechelen, takes the girls to Cyprus and from there they are taken to Club 69 in Belgium to work.

Women trader Ray Van Mechelen and his companion Mark Camps organize dance auditions in Vilnius, Lithuania. They claim to be recruiting dancers for touring the top nightclubs in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany. A local 'talent scout' is hired to keep up the appearances and win the trust of the candidates. Meanwhile, the bodies of two Russian prostitutes are found near Antwerp in Belgium. All traces lead back to the gang of Ray Van Mechelen. The police interrogates a henchman of Van Mechelen, Mike Simons, who is willing to talk, but he wants guarantees that he will receive witness protection. Police inspector Clem De Donder does not believe him. In Vilnius, Belgian research journalist Nico Maes tries in vain to stop some girls to go into 'business' with Van Mechelen. Suspicion arises with Kasandra, one of the candidates, when Van Mechelen wants her to sign an artist contract in Greek language. She contacts the local police, but her best friend Daria wants to leave Lithuania at all

On the Greek island of Cyprus, the recruited dancers take part in 'dance education sessions', and all illusions of a bright and fortunate future disappear for the girls. The gang of Van Mechelen forces the girls to striptease dance in a local nightclub. Olga and Deborah however manage to escape. Mike Simons reports at the police station in Antwerp and provides information about the criminal activities of Van Mechelen and his gang. Inspector De Donder however remains remarkably skeptical, and denies Simons witness protection. Journalist Nico Maes publishes a revealing article about women trafficking and the laxity of the Belgian police to do something about this issue. Vincent Dockx, son of godfather John Dockx, gets arrested in connection with the murder on the two Russian prostitutes. Ray van Mechelen gets nervous and intervenes.

De cops soon close the case of the murder on Mike Simons. Laura suspects that Clem De Donder is passing along information to the gang of Ray Van Mechelen. The group of East-European women arrive in Antwerpen. They are not allowed to leave the night club. Van Mechelen makes it very clear what he expects of the girls. Already on the first night things go wrong, Deborah has assaulted one of the customers. The gang decides to sell her.

Daria convinces Nico Maes to smuggle out a letter from the club. He gets caught, as long as Deborah refuses to respond to her new owners advances she is locked in the attic. John Dockx discovers that Jan Verplancke regularly lets Esther work in a bar. That is against the rules. Ray and Vincent decide to teach him a lesson.

The cops suspect him to be the person who gave the tip about the club raid. Jan Verplancke "accepted" back into the gang by Ray. Nico Maes writes another revealing story on the front page of the newspaper. The gang gets more nervous and get Esther to hear him out.

After a skirmish with the cops Ray and Vincent are arrested.

The other girls suspect Deborah. Wim Wilson has bought Eva's contract from the gang. He introduces Eva to his parents, but they are not happy at all. Vincent and Ray find themselves in an open conflict.

After the incident with Vincent The relation between Ray and John has cooled off. The trust between the gang members is very low. Daria finds our her best friend Kasandra is murdered in Vilnius, which was ordered by Ray. After another raid in Studio 69, numerous girls were arrested. There seemed to be a problem with their visa. Eddy Stoefs and Ray Van Mechelen are arrested and accused of Women Trafficking, Assault and pimping.

After the funeral of John Dockx, Vincent and Ray have a difficult conversation. Ray does a proposition. Eddy gets in more trouble, he is being accused of messing with the accounting. Jan Verplancke now strongly plays his intriguer role. Ray kicks out Kalinka. Kalinka now feels humiliated and is out for revenge and of course she knows a lot about the illegal practices of Ray and his gang.
