James funds the renovation, while the siblings manage the contractors and oversee the work. The house is a mess, with a poor layout, tiny bedrooms, and an unfinished basement, but James sees potential. As Blake and Abby dive in, their inexperience becomes obvious as mistakes pile up, leading James to regret trusting the duo.

Now Brian views this new project as a chance at redemption, counting on James for the expertise.
