Expert house flipper James Dainard and his team partner with brother-sister newbie flippers Blake and Abby on a risky zombie house project. James funds the renovation, while the siblings manage the contractors and oversee the work. The house is a mess, with a poor layout, tiny bedrooms, and an unfinished basement, but James sees potential. As Blake and Abby dive in, their inexperience becomes obvious as mistakes pile up, leading James to regret trusting the duo.

The house shows real promise, but for James, the deal is overshadowed by the ghost flip, a flip gone bad from the past with Brian. Years ago, they teamed up on their first flip, which ended in disaster, and Brian hasn't flipped a house since. Now Brian views this new project as a chance at redemption, counting on James for the expertise.
