A judge in California is weighing whether Erik and Lyle Menendez should be resentenced for the murder of their parents in 1989. The brothers have spent more than 30 years in prison. The star witness for the prosecution in Sean ‘Diddy' Combs' federal sex trafficking trial testified on Tuesday. Combs' ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, alleged Combs physically abused her during their relationship and pressured her to participate in explicit sexual encounters he called "freak offs". Among the incidents, then-President Biden reportedly did not know who George Clooney was at a fundraiser and forgot the names of longtime aides.
