In a wide-ranging interview on CNBC, the President said he could raise his looming 25% tariff on India even higher because of that country's insistence on buying Russian oil. Lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell filed a request to block the government's efforts to release grand jury transcripts in the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, a House Committee subpoenaed a group of prominent national figures to testify about Epstein, including Bill and Hillary Clinton. NBC News' Kelly O'Donnell reports. In Jackson, Tennessee, a suspected killer was arrested this morning after officials say they received multiple calls from residents. Police released surveillance video showing the suspect armed with a rifle and wearing camouflage. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports from the scene. On August 6, 1945, the U.S. dropped the first atomic weapon of war on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, killing tens of thousands of people. 80 years later, NBC News' Janis Mackey Frayer travelled to Hiroshima to visit the city's Peace Memorial Park and to speak with survivors about the lasting impact. There's good news tonight about a rescue in Baltimore that saved a man's life. Police officers were patrolling city pools in their helicopter when they received a call about a drowning victim. After an emergency landing, the officers quickly acted. Breana Ross from our NBC affiliate in Baltimore reports.
