Officials say 28-year-old U.S. Army Sergeant Quornelius Radford opened fire with a personal handgun at his place of work, shooting five soldiers who were later rushed to the hospital. All soldiers are expected to make a full recovery according to Fort Stewart authorities. NBC's Priya Sridhar reports. Police say a bomb threat was made at a hotel near Chicago. Dozens of democratic lawmakers from Texas have been staying there since they fled the state to stall a Republican plan to redraw congressional districts. Unitedhealthcare says there was no retaliation and that its surgery center network in the region was closed when Dr. Potter applied, well before she posted any videos.
