President Trump said that Israel and Iran agreed to a ceasefire he said will take effect in stages over the next 24 hours. NBC News' Richard Engel reports. Doctors and patients alike are often frustrated by the process, which can lead to delays in care. Now, the organization that represents insurance companies has pledged changes to the way it works.
