Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who played Theo Huxtable for eight seasons on "The Cosby Show," drowned in Costa Rica, according to authorities there. In a statement, investigators said Warner was swept away by a powerful ocean current and was rescued by bystanders but was pronounced dead at the scene. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports.
