In Newcastle, neighbourhood cops Neil and Hayley are called to an alarming road collision at rush hour. One driver accuses another of a dangerous overtaking manoeuvre and abusive behaviour. Will the team be able to get to the bottom of what has happened? And neighbourhood officers in Gateshead arrest a man caught on CCTV stealing from a pharmacy.
