Episode 1
Newsweek Wales is back. This week, Megan Boot was joined by Ruth Coombs from the British Heart Foundation to talk about the thousands of people here at risk of cardiac arrest and sudden death. We also went behind the scenes at the Wales camp ahead of the Six Nations kick-off and met some of the newest residents at Folly Farm.

Episode 2
This week, Megan Boot was joined by Kate Morgan-Lloyd from the charity Pets As Therapy, who explains how animals can bring comfort to people in need of support. Plus we met Professor Peter Elwood, who told us why exercise could reduce our chances of developing dementia by up to 60%.
