Episode 1
Newsweek Wales is back. This week, Megan Boot was joined by Ruth Coombs from the British Heart Foundation to talk about the thousands of people here at risk of cardiac arrest and sudden death. We also went behind the scenes at the Wales camp ahead of the Six Nations kick-off and met some of the newest residents at Folly Farm.

Episode 2
This week, Megan Boot was joined by Kate Morgan-Lloyd from the charity Pets As Therapy, who explains how animals can bring comfort to people in need of support. Plus we met Professor Peter Elwood, who told us why exercise could reduce our chances of developing dementia by up to 60%.

This week on Newsweek Wales, Megan Boot was joined by psychologist Kyle Davies to discuss the effect cosmetic treatments like botox and fillers can have on wellbeing. We also took a look behind the scenes at the Royal Mint ahead of the launch of the new pound coin and met Wales's newest jump racing recruit.

Plus we met baby Pascal who couldn't wait to get to hospital to be born and Toto and Tin Man were released back to the wild after being nursed back to health at the Welsh Mountain Zoo.

Plus a look back at some of the other stories making the headlines in Wales, including the ambassador team hitting the streets of Cardiff to give visitors a helping hand.

In season two, hidden truths about the nature and terrifying origins of the town begin to emerge, even as life for its residents is plunged into chaos by the arrival of mysterious newcomers.
