Business partners in Bristol dream of turning a derelict swimming baths into flats, but their dreams turns sour when squatters move in, and Chris receives a shock when he tries to evict squatters from an abandoned print factory in Essex.

In Birmingham, tenant Jason is living in atrocious conditions. Struggling with no light or heat or running water, he has made a desperate plea to the council to help him.
