Chris tries to remove trespassers from a landowner's one-and-a-half-acre site, filling it with up to 20 caravans and a mountain of rubbish - only for things to take a menacing turn. Business partners in Bristol dream of turning a derelict swimming baths into flats, but their dreams turns sour when squatters move in, and Chris receives a shock when he tries to evict squatters from an abandoned print factory in Essex.

In Birmingham, tenant Jason is living in atrocious conditions. Struggling with no light or heat or running water, he has made a desperate plea to the council to help him. Housing enforcement officer Steve is on a mission to investigate - but will he be able to track down the absent landlord? If not, Jason will face becoming homeless.
