Episode 1
Eviction lawyer Chris is called to Bristol to help 81-year-old ex-army officer Jonathan evict a group of squatters who refuse to give back his land. Eviction expert Paul helps Allen gain possession of his flat when his tenant refuses to move out, and letting agent Paul faces a sticky situation when presented with a guarantor who has been stitched up by his son, who is in turn refusing to pay rent.

Episode 2
In Wigan, letting agents Karen and Gemma have no idea that a routine inspection is about to turn into one of the worst hoarding cases they have ever seen. Meanwhile in Blackpool, John tries to evict a difficult tenant who has been caught stealing electricity on more than one occasion.

Episode 3
Letting agents Karen and Gemma investigate claims of vandalism and anti-social behaviour at a property they manage in Wigan, but when they discover the tenant is no longer living there, they track her down to learn that she's abandoned the property and has tried to move in somewhere else by forging a reference. Meanwhile, in Darwen, letting agent Paul issues proceedings on a tenant who is more than £3,000 in arrears, but Paul's attempts at evicting him are delayed when the tenant refuses to leave without Paul giving him a good reference.

Episode 4
Eviction expert Paul helps an old friend evict a hoarder. In Wigan, letting agents Karen and Gemma act on multiple complaints from neighbours about a racially abusive tenant. And in Darwen, letting agent Paul is approached by a new landlord who has a problem tenant owing rent.

Landlords Suketu and Minesha Patel signed a `guaranteed rent" agreement with their letting agent who manages their east London property but, after falling £7,000 in rent arrears, they confront him. Letting agents Karen O'Connor and Gemma Painter in Wigan deal with a tenant whose house is in need a big clear-out. And in Darwen, Lancashire, letting agent Paul Ainsworth Lord has his work cut out for him when he's approached by a new Landlord with a big problem.
