Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara return with the contest that sees competitors from across the nation test their strength, speed and courage over an obstacle course. This time there is a knockout competition structure to find male and female champions, with contenders not only face each other and a difficult new course, but they will also have to face the Elite Ninjas - a team of professional athletes determined to beat them in head-to-head races.

It's week six and Ninja Warrior UK – Race for Glory is on the hunt for more everyday heroes to take on the beast and become Ninja Warrior UK Champion 2022.
More races, more obstacles, more elite ninjas to face in order to reach the finals and try to conquer the mighty, monumental, the magnificent Mount Midoriyama.

Grand Final
Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara present the Grand Final as the remaining 16 contenders face the very toughest obstacles that the course has to offer. The man and the woman who finally make it to the top of Mount Midoriyama first will become Ninja Warrior UK - Race for Glory champions.

The losing team will be summoned to the boardroom where their team leader will be forced to pick two people in their team who we join them in the boardroom and a chance to be fired. After twelve weeks Lord Sugar will be left with his Apprentice, who will work for him at a salary of £100,000. Lord Sugar is very busy so he has Nick and Karen, who act as his eyes and ears, to inform him of what's going on.
Tracker
Tracker features lone-wolf survivalist Colter Shaw, who roams the country as a "reward seeker," using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement to solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.
NCIS
