This time there is a knockout competition structure to find male and female champions, with contenders not only face each other and a difficult new course, but they will also have to face the Elite Ninjas - a team of professional athletes determined to beat them in head-to-head races.

Grand Final
Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara present the Grand Final as the remaining 16 contenders face the very toughest obstacles that the course has to offer. The man and the woman who finally make it to the top of Mount Midoriyama first will become Ninja Warrior UK - Race for Glory champions.
