El David coneix una amiga de l'Emma que li agrada molt però no sap com fer-ho per sortir amb ella sense que es noti que està desesperat. El Pol el convenç perquè la truqui i li digui que vingui a una festa que ha muntat però que en realitat serà un sopar romàntic. Quan té el sopar gairebé muntat, la Lola truca per si pot convidar a una amiga i ell accepta, de manera que ha de muntar una festa en molt poca estona perquè la Lola no noti res. Per altra banda, el Lopes, per tal d'evitar anar a Porrera amb el seu pare, s'ofereix voluntari per cuidar el nét del senyor Bofarull. Quan arriba a casa amb Ramon i el bebè, es troba el pis ple de gent que el David ha contractat per la festa i s'ha de tancar a seva habitació per no molestar. El David intenta lligar amb la Lola però la seva amiga, la Marina, els interromp contínuament i no sap què fer perquè els deixi tranquils. Mentrestant, l'Emma va bevent tot el que troba, la Carbonell es dedica a explicar les seves "batalletes" per tal que els nois li facin cas i el Lopes i el Ramon perden la criatura per la casa.
