Realizing that no one will believe him, he runs and accidentally ends up in the city of Polyarny located in the North.

Season 2
After the events of the first season, Vitya Myasnik gained a foothold and settled in Polyarny: he forced the local mayor to be the most honest official in the country, subdued local hooligans, built himself a new farm and is preparing to propose to Polina. But dreams of a peaceful family life will have to be postponed: crisis manager Raisa Borisovna arrives in the town with instructions to organize the construction of a landfill near the Butcher's house. Raisa has an administrative resource on her side, and Viti has truth and justice on her side.

Season 3
Vitya is now not only the best farmer in the Arctic, but also a happy father. However, you will not be able to enjoy the family idyll again. At the personal request of the governor, Vitya becomes the mayor of Polyarny. Vitya is already not happy with the new position, and then it turns out that the previous mayor left behind a multimillion-dollar hole in the city budget. Vitya wants to resign, but when he realizes that he has crossed the path of an influential and dishonest businessman Lomaev, he decides to remain as mayor of Polyarny in order to save its residents from eviction from their own homes.
But trouble doesn't come alone. In the third season, Vita will meet Polina's mother, a retired literature teacher. However, even a new high position does not help Gromov to meet the high standards of his mother-in-law.

Season 4
This time, Polar is conquering foreigners: partners from China offer to invest good money in the city, create new jobs and establish cultural exchange. The new mayor of Polyarny, Raisa Borisovna, is very eager to get an agreement with foreign investors, because she is looking forward to a high position in Moscow.
However, Vitya notices that one of his Chinese partners has a tattoo that was worn by the Black Dragon mafia group in the 90s. The main character guesses that the mafia uses investments as a cover for its illegal activities in Polyarny. Will Vitya be able to defeat an influential criminal group? And will he dare to risk everything to save the town he loves?

Season 5
On New Year's Eve, the past and unexpected news will come knocking into Vitya Gromov's ideal life. The calm is disturbed by the return of Marina, Vitya's former lover, with whom he is connected not only by personal, but also by criminal secrets from the 90s. Her son Max appears with her.
However, the difficulties do not end there: the criminal boss Barabula is released from prison. He intends to return what he lost and get the billion allocated by the governor for the construction of the ski complex. Now the main character has to defend his business and loved ones from old enemies who are capable of doing anything to get their way. How will the return of the past to the quiet life of Vitya turn out? Is he ready to risk everything and keep what is dear to him?

Season 6
King of the Mountain Park is reaching stable self-sufficiency, the tourist flow is growing, the hotels are packed to capacity, and life goes on as usual. It is at this moment that fate throws an interesting proposal at Vita Butcher. Vitya's youngest son, an ordinary northern kid, demonstrates a high level of musical talent, and the prestigious Sirius school in Sochi is ready to accept him tomorrow. Vitya is faced with a choice on which the future of his family depends: to remain the owner of the Polar or to go south for the sake of his son. The family is packing their bags. Vitya passes on the city, the park, and all his obligations to his eldest son, Max. Will Max be able to take responsibility for Polyarny, or will someone else bring order to the city?
