Episode 1
Solveig Kloppen is staying with Jon, and it will be about making the right choices, how to succeed as an entrepreneur and we will finally find out if it really is expensive to shower for a long time.

Episode 2
Else Kåss Furuseth is a resident, and we talk about why it is so difficult to get rid of things we don't really need. How can one become financially independent, how does a global index fund work, and Jon has been to Japan and poked at an ordinary family.

Episode 3
It should be about relationships. Is it important to have friends? How do you make friends in adulthood? And how do you manage to hold a lively conversation around the dinner table with your own children? Knut Nærum is hosting with Jon, we are launching our new series 4-star charity, and Calle has created a romantic duet about breaking up.

Episode 4
This week, former hockey player Erik Follestad is staying with Jon, and we find out what we need if a disaster were to strike us, how to navigate in nature, and how to survive on what you find in the forest. In addition, there will be 4-star service, and Calle has made the journey to work more efficient.

Episode 5
This week we look at hobbies. Why is it that some of us collect things? Jon has been to Japan and tested traditional knotting, and Henriette Steenstrup is a resident.

Episode 6
It will be about bathroom issues. Øystein Bache is with us when we learn how to clean joints and how to open a clogged pipe. In addition, we are going to Japan, and Calle has created a hidden podcast.

Episode 7
Linn Skåber is Jon's resident, and together they look at sharp knives, find out if bacteria are actually dangerous and learn to stack the dishwasher as efficiently as possible.

Episode 8
This week we are testing old lady's advice together with host Siri Kristiansen. In addition, chef Lise Finckenhagen comes and teaches us the essential egg tricks.

Episode 9
Goalkeeper legend, football expert and presenter Erik Thorstvedt is a host in Practical Info. It will be about the potato, in all its imaginable forms, and Jon has visited a park in Japan, where he has to concentrate.

Episode 10
This week it's the people's practical info, that is to say, we take up all the things you at home have sent us questions about. Like, for example, how do you train to become as strong as possible? Does heating the cup first make the coffee hotter? And are mugs better than cardboard cups? The host of the week is Sigurd Sollien, and Calle has made a brother choir.
