Ojciec Agaty czuje się już lepiej, chociaż martwi go perspektywa operacji. Okazuje się, że szefostwo klubu chce odesłać go na emeryturę... Tymczasem Agata i Dorota zaczynają wspólną sprawę - ich klientem jest młody mężczyzna (Maciej Zakościelny), walczący o prawa do opieki nad córką. Kłopoty pojawiają się w momencie, kiedy mężczyzna próbuje porwać własne dziecko. Natomiast Dębski, który ciągle przypomina wspólniczkom w braniu dochodowych spraw, sam podejmuje się pomocy biednej dziewczynie, samotnie wychowywującej dziecko. Bartek zaś nie pojawia się w pracy. Po bezskutecznych próbach dodzwonienia się do chłopaka, Agata postanawia osobiście pojechać do jego domu, aby sprawdzić, co się z nim dzieje...
