Heather prepares for her big move with boyfriend Matt while many of the girls think Heather's making a big mistake. A love triangle ensues when the teammates' private trainer catches the eye of more than one girl on the team.

Blindsided
When Nani bares all at a body-painting event, the bonds between the teammates are tested. Things get heated up when Telli learns Ian is denying his involvement with her.

The Elephant in the Room
Alli's attempt to talk to Telli about her current dating situation with Ian backfires. Nani confronts Chrissy when she learns that she was talking smack about her. Jamie's spot as starting center is threatened.

This Isn't About Football, It's Personal
Yashi recruits her brother, NFL superstar, Simeon Rice to show her some new moves. Alli and Telli get into a heated confrontation; Tired of all the Ian drama, Coach Hac gives the entire team an ultimatum.

The Biggest Loss
Yashi struggles with a life-changing event as she deals with her mom's battle with cancer. Deena and Alli come to a crossroads in their roomie relationship while Heather gets extra help on the field, but it might be too late.

The Bliss face their rivals The Atlanta Steam for the Western Conference Championship, but Coach Hac makes a last minute change that threatens the fabric of the team. Alli begins a new romance that raises more than a few eyebrows.

The Bliss are Legends Cup bound and determined to defend their title with a prolific three-peat. Several no-shows at their final practice have some of the girls questioning their chances and their futures in the league.
