Heather prepares for her big move with boyfriend Matt while many of the girls think Heather's making a big mistake. A love triangle ensues when the teammates' private trainer catches the eye of more than one girl on the team.

When Nani bares all at a body-painting event, the bonds between the teammates are tested. Things get heated up when Telli learns Ian is denying his involvement with her.

The Elephant in the Room
Alli's attempt to talk to Telli about her current dating situation with Ian backfires. Nani confronts Chrissy when she learns that she was talking smack about her. Jamie's spot as starting center is threatened.
