When it comes to takeout, nothing beats Chinese food. In this episode, Chef Jet Tila cooks up two classic Chinese takeout dishes. He kicks it off with a crispy and sweet Orange Chicken with a fluffy Fried Rice. Then, he uses his air fryer to make Char Siu Bao, a dim sum classic that stuffs savory roasted pork inside a fluffy steamed bun.

Noodles
Every style of Asian cuisine has a unique and delicious noodle dish, and Chef Jet Tila whips up two of his absolute favorites. He brings back his family's Pad Thai recipe from 1972, which includes tofu, chicken and shrimp. Next up, Jet gets that gold-standard Chinese restaurant flavor by using country-specific ingredients to make a silky gravy for his Hong Kong-Style Chow Mein with crispy noodles, chicken and vegetables.

Korean Favorites
Korean cuisine is taking over the American food scene, and Chef Jet Tila shares how to get Korean flavors into your home kitchen. First, he fuses cultures with his Korean Short Rib Tacos made with tender, braised beef short ribs and a sticky, sweet and savory gochujang sauce. Then, he reveals the secret to getting perfect, paper-thin slices of rib-eye beef for a classic Korean barbecue dish, Spicy Beef Bulgogi.

Fish
Asian cuisine has some of the most delectable fish dishes, and Chef Jet Tila cooks up some mouthwatering seafood with two recipes from across Asia. He heats things up with a beautiful Steamed Striped Bass topped with ginger, scallions and an aromatic oil that sizzles over the skin. After sharing some tips for selecting the freshest fish, he whips up a classic Salmon Misoyaki with deep umami notes and a miso glaze that is perfect for salmon's rich texture and savory flavor.

Soups
Asian cuisine is responsible for some of the world's most popular soup dishes, and nothing is more comforting than a hearty noodle soup. Chef Jet Tila cooks up two dishes that are near and dear to his heart and represent family recipes. He begins with a Quick Beef Pho, where he takes shortcuts to make a flavorful broth in a short amount of time. Next up, Jet poaches thinly sliced pork belly and marinated eggs for this bowl of Japanese Spicy Miso Ramen layered with rich and savory flavors.

Shrimp
Shrimp is an excellent protein to cook with and can be added to almost any dish, so Chef Jet Tila mixes up two classic stir-fries where shrimp is the star of the dish. He starts things off with a flavor-packed Kung Pao Shrimp and shares tips on how to create the perfect stir-fry. Next up, Jet reveals the two superheroes of stir-frying while making a Cantonese classic, Salt and Pepper Shrimp and fried rice loaded with vegetables.
