Patricia hires a male dancer as the new live-in nanny. Later, Rob reluctantly agrees to a vasectomy, but visits an old friend before the procedure.

Rob is mortified to discover that his ad for a male enhancement product isn't limited to Asian countries, and is plastered on a Hollywood billboard.

Rob learns that being a celebrity isn't always rewarding, particularly when he sees colleague David Spade suddenly getting all the attention.

When Patricia tells Rob he's out of shape and insults his appeal to other men, Rob heads for the gym to try to turn heads of the same sex.

When Patricia orders Rob to toss his old junk, he brings in a shaman to help him choose which items have "bad energy" and which have actual worth.

Rob tries to find his "own thing" that makes him stand out, and promises to get Ryan Gosling to appear at the opening night of Patricia's male revue.

Network interference turns Rob's show into something he doesn't recognize. Meanwhile, Patricia waits for Rob to deliver Ryan Gosling for her show.
