The show concludes with a visit to one of the UK's most remote islands - North Ronaldsay in the Orkneys - to meet 67-year-old Billy Muir who has 20 jobs, including sheep farmer, fire fighter, lighthouse keeper and even air traffic controller.

Ten years ago the couple were devastated by the news that a stroke had left their 18-month-old daughter with cerebral palsy - but since that diagnosis, with her parents support, Isabella has gone on to defy all medical expectations.

We also meet the amazing 10-year-old Owen Howkins. Owen has a rare genetic disorder that only affects around 100 children globally. For many years he struggled with his condition and started to withdraw from company. Then he was introduced to Haatchi, a giant three legged dog who had been left for dead on a train track. Since their first meeting they've become inseparable.
