Episode 1
In this programme, rugby league superstar Keegan Hirst talks about life one year after he surprised the world of sport by revealing he was gay, Julie Hughes finally meets the complete stranger to whom she donated one of her kidneys, and former World Mountain Bike champion Martyn Ashton takes on his most extraordinary challenge yet.

Episode 2
In this edition, Ranvir interviews the tube station worker who saved lives and comforted the dying in an act of heroism during the 7-7 terror attacks. Ben Smith is aiming to run 401 consecutive marathons this year to help victims of bullying. Michael reports on the tragic story of veterans who have fallen through the cracks since serving their country on the frontline.

Episode 3
In this edition, Ranvir has an exclusive interview with the parents of Stephanie Inglis, as she makes a miracle recovery from an accident. Stephanie won a silver medal in judo at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. But two years later, on a sabbatical while teaching English in Vietnam, she was pulled off a vehicle she was travelling on and left in a coma. Michael talks to former criminal turned businesswoman Francesca Barker. Convicted of fraud in 2013, she is now helping other ex-cons by training them to be bakers. The show concludes with a visit to one of the UK's most remote islands - North Ronaldsay in the Orkneys - to meet 67-year-old Billy Muir who has 20 jobs, including sheep farmer, fire fighter, lighthouse keeper and even air traffic controller.

Episode 4
Tonight, Ranvir meets a Yorkshire couple who have pulled off a unique memorial to their favourite dog and hears of the staggering sum of money they paid to make it happen.
Sianagh Gallagher was born 10 weeks prematurely and had a host of complications including being born with just one arm. But now she's the captain of the British paraclimbing team. In this film we find out how she overcame her disability and follow her as she competes for glory in World Championships in Austria.

Episode 5
In this episode Ranvir travels to Valencia, Spain to meet Julie Neville, wife of former Manchester United star Phil Neville. Ten years ago the couple were devastated by the news that a stroke had left their 18-month-old daughter with cerebral palsy - but since that diagnosis, with her parents support, Isabella has gone on to defy all medical expectations.
We also meet the amazing 10-year-old Owen Howkins. Owen has a rare genetic disorder that only affects around 100 children globally. For many years he struggled with his condition and started to withdraw from company. Then he was introduced to Haatchi, a giant three legged dog who had been left for dead on a train track. Since their first meeting they've become inseparable.

Episode 6
Series telling the personal stories of people involved in extraordinary events which have changed their lives, presented by Ranvir Singh with reporter Michael Underwood. In this edition, Ranvir meets Melissa Tennant who lost her twin sister Nicole to cystic fibrosis two years ago when she was just 21. The evening before Nicole's funeral Melissa found a bucket list on her sister's laptop. Since then she has ticked off almost every task on the list as a tribute. There is just one special thing now left to do... get married. The programme follow Melissa as she prepares for her wedding and complete Nicole's final wish.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
With roadside diners, vintage drive-ins and out-of-the-way "dives" enjoying a resurgence of hipness among foodies, host Guy Fieri travels across America in search of some of the best "greasy spoon" eateries. The restaurants that Guy visits are usually well-known among locals and other people in the region. While at each location, Fieri talks to the staff as well as the customers to get their thoughts on the food.
