While the airline only allows 70 confirmed carry-on's to be brought on board, it is up to passenger agents Isabel & Ronald to monitor and be sure that no passenger slips through. Border agent Bram & Nick receive a call about a passenger who arrived to the Netherlands as refugee from a country his visa did not permit him from travelling to. Customs is on high alert when a flight of Surinam is arriving.

Passenger agent Ronald & Isabel are dealing with a delayed flight and worried passengers about their connection in Reykjavik. Custom agent Dilek found a passenger who is trying to bring seashells into the Netherlands, while border agent Bram and Nick are defusing a situation with a passenger who is off his PTSD meds.

Customs officer Itai finds a package arriving from the USA containing fresh-cooked meth, while customs officer Jan spots a Turkish passenger who is bringing goods that are supposed to be taxed into the country. Service agent Jeanine has to deal with a huge flow of passengers.

Floor Manager Jeanine is on alert when a red button is pressed by one of her colleagues. The border police is called up regarding a theft case with someone who was just released out of prison, while Passenger agents Ronald & Isabel are doing their utmost best for a passenger to get her onto the flight.

Passenger Agent Isabel has doubts about the size of the dog. Floor Manager Jeanine is required to perform an emergency respons as a passenger fell down an escalator, while Dennis & Jesse receive a call about a very angry Norwegian traveller who lost one of his bag.
