Secret Army - Season 2

A senior army officer with detailed knowledge of a Middle East offensive is forced to bail out over occupied territory. ' Lifeline ' is ordered to prevent his interrogation at any cost.

' What do you mean they're different from the other evaders? ' ' They're Russians. They've just walked across Germany.'

The place is the French side of the border-Monique is shot. The authorities will contact her next-of-kin, but her papers are false.

' Suppose the Germans get there first ... will this man be able to cope?' ' I doubt it . . . he's blind.'

Two aggressive Americans intend to do it their own way. They have hostages. One of them is Chief of Gestapo in Brussels ... and they don't know it.
