Michela Chiappa is Welsh but comes from a massive Italian family who all hail from Northern Italy. She and her sisters have been making traditional Italian dishes and pasta for as long as they can remember.

Over four weeks, Michela demonstrates that home-made pasta is the stuff of celebration and can completely transform any mealtime.

The series will take you from the basics of making the dough and rolling it, to learning how to make authentic Italian sauces, mouth-watering filled pasta and fantastic celebratory dishes.

Michela travels from her home in South Wales to Emilia Romagna in Northern Italy where her family come from to find out all there is to know about this Italian staple.
