The rift between President Donald Trump and his one-time ally Elon Musk is growing with the richest person in the world saying he will create a new political party in response to the passing of Trump's massive tax and spending bill. Musk says the new political party, called the America Party, could target just a handful of seats in Congress and then act as a the deciding votes on key laws.
