In this first episode, salon boss Cherise spends thousands of pounds on her latest Cocktails and Curls promotion, much to co-owner Dan's horror. A staff suggestion box leads to anger among the managers. And there's a real-life Rapunzel, who hasn't had her hair cut in years.

Another look behind the scenes of one of the UK's biggest and wildest super salons. Capturing every blow dry, bust up, staff drama and client confession. Plus the infamous salon parties. This time, there's an unexpected proposal; boss Cherise is on the warpath after a customer complaint; a psychic client causes ripples among the staff; and the salon throws its first ever gay pride party.

A shock promotion sees a new manager take over. Miss England's singing causes a stir. There's apprehension over a dramatic new pink look. Dan gets a bad haircut. And dozens of models arrive ready to party.

It's the salon's fourth birthday party, but one of the main stylists wants to quit. There's yet another change in management; boss Cherise is spending a fortune; and the Lord Mayor gets a pedicure.
