This time, there's an unexpected proposal; boss Cherise is on the warpath after a customer complaint; a psychic client causes ripples among the staff; and the salon throws its first ever gay pride party.

A shock promotion sees a new manager take over. Miss England's singing causes a stir. There's apprehension over a dramatic new pink look. Dan gets a bad haircut. And dozens of models arrive ready to party.
