Just when you think they've been pushed to the brink, think again. This burn is going to turn into an inferno.

The final four contestants revisit a fitness milestone to see how much progress they have made.

Finale
All twelve contestants return to The Biggest Loser campus for one final weigh-in, to see where they've come since they started. One person will win $100,000 and the title of The Biggest Loser. One of the eliminated contestants will win the $25,000 At-Home Prize.

One thing above all is for sure: They picked the wrong guy to take the fall.
