Banned by HR from conducting interviews, Nev flouts the rules by giving new recruit Stuart a grilling, but will the company's 'gingerist policy' count against him? Nev's son, commercial director Phil, has an idea to lift spirits and put him on the map.

Hoping to improve his health and that of his sedentary staff, Nev launches a 'fat club'. Can Nigerian national Jeff from accounts beat Nev in a running race and win the right to remain at the call centre? Sales agent Jenny returns from a Bulgarian sabbatical and finds it hard to rediscover her sales mojo. Hayley's big announcement lands her in hot water with Nev.
